How soon will the recipient receive my eCard?
In general, the eCard is sent immediately after you select "Submit." However, please allow at least 24 hours as some e-mail providers may queue e-mails for various reasons. Depending on the recipient’s mailbox settings, the e-mail may be marked as a spam or junk message.
Will I receive a confirmation that my eCard has been sent?
Yes. Once sent, you will receive a confirmation screen. By default, the sender can also receive a copy of the ecard by checking the selection box “Send me a link to the eCard.”
Can I send an eCard to more than one recipient at a time?
Yes. Check the selection box “Send to multiple recipients” and enter the e-mail address of each recipient separated by a comma then click continue.
