The American Dietetic Association is promoting March as National Nutrition Month with the theme Eat Right with Color. For healthy shopping tips and recipe ideas, be sure to visit their Web site Eat Right.
Also visit the library's Health and Medicine subject guide when doing research on nutrition and healthy living. Databases like Medline, Health Source and CINAHL will have journal articles for you to browse when looking for information on eating right, exercise, and more.
